Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center is seeking outgoing, responsible and dedicated staff members to kick off our golf and wedding season. Below are numerous job duties and tasks that would possibly be assigned to new employees:

Banquet Servers

• Serve meals
• Bus tables
• Minimal food prep

Manager on Duty/Team Leaders

• Manage a team of banquet servers to ensure a successful event
• Delegate tasks to employees
• Point of contact for event hosts and vendors
• Outgoing personality & good communication skills required

Bartenders

• Mix and serve beverages
• Set up/clean up bar areas
• Manage inventory
• Open & close registers/handle cash exchange with guests
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Outgoing personality & good communication skills required

Barbacks

• Assist bartender in serving guests when needed
• Stock bartender’s supplies
• Cover for bartender at break times
• Work as a server when not needed by the bartender
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Event Set Up

• Set banquet rooms based on event’s specific requests
• Set up tasks including putting linens on tables, setting place settings, etc.

Grill & Beverage Cart

• Serve drinks/food (indoors) while working the grill
• Must have the ability to cook & serve food efficiently
• Drive beverage cart to serve drinks/food (outdoors)
• Stock & manage inventory
• Must be 18 years or older
• Outgoing personality & good communication skills required
