Thank you for your interest in hosting a golf outing at one of our facilities. Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center has six golf courses to choose from, to see all the details of each facility click on "Golf" then "Golf Outings". We have a diverse group of golf courses to choose from and can accommodate groups of any size.

Please take the time to read over the attached Tournament and Golf Outing Packet. This is great guide for new outings, as it will answer the majority of your initial questions. This will also assist all repeat events with the Outing Timeline and detail reminders. Once you’ve read over the information feel free to give me a call with your questions, or we can set up a time to meet in person.

I look forward to working with you!

The Michigan Agri-Business Assn. has held its annual golf outing at Hawk Hollow since 1997. The staff is always very professional and helpful making the day of our event effortless on our part

Charla Scheidler, Michigan Agri-Business

I have been organizing Golf outings for the last 35 years.  Participation began at 30 golfers and grew to the approx. 200 participants that currently attend.

Having just finished our 10th annual outing at the Hawk Hallow Facility I believe there are several items that make for the continuing popularity of our event and the venue that it takes place at.

The golf course itself is a major draw.  It is always in excellent condition.

The consistent superior treatment we have received year after year allows me to know that what is promised is delivered.

The banquet facility is large enough to provide plenty of room for the typical 200 participants that we have attend.

The flexibility of the Hawk Hollow outing coordinators has allowed me to accommodate player changes virtually up to days before the event.

I have found the Hawk Hollow staff (Pro shop, Banquet & On course assistants, both rangers and beverage service) to be very pleasant, professional, informed and helpful, prior to and during the events.

Because of the size & length of our event, covering all 27 holes at the Hawk Hollow venue, we typically have a lunch provided at the turn (outside) as well as a dinner (inside downstairs banquet area). There has always been positive comment on the quality of this service.

I would highly recommend individuals considering events, regardless of size, contact the Hawk Hollow Outing staff to discuss the possibilities of using this facility.

Again, thank you for allowing us to hold our event at your facility and we look forward to future events.

We love having the annual Sparrow Health Classic at Eagle Eye & Hawk Hollow – both are fantastic courses. Our golfers always rave about the wonderful condition of the tees, fairways and greens, as well as the great food, friendly staff and overall smoothness of the day.

Thanks, Eagle Eye & Hawk Hollow, for another fantastic event; the Sparrow Health Classic is an exceptional day of golf to support extraordinary care for our region, and we can’t imagine playing anywhere else.

The Sparrow Health Classic will certainly be back next June at Eagle Eye & Hawk Hollow; the staff is fantastic to work with and the golfers love the courses!

We recently held our 3rd Annual Shinsky Orphanage Golf Classic at Hawk Hollow Golf course.  Our fundraiser was a great success due to the excellent support of the Hawk Hollow staff.  The event was well organized, the rooms were spacious, the food was great, and the staff was exceptional.  We were always greeted with a smile and provided outstanding support through every phase of the event.  I could not be more pleased with the quality service we received from the Hawk Hollow staff.  It was a great experience for everyone involved.

The Grand Ledge Soccer Club and Eaton Rapids Soccer Club found the staff at Hawk Hollow to be extremely welcoming and easy to work with.  Little Hawk provided a unique spin on golf outings.  We were able to attract many participants in our outing because it was in the evening and offered a course that was both challenging and fun for beginners to experts.
